Fact-finding groups from Sweden and the USA visit Rooibos Ltd

Says Gerda de Wet, Communication Manager from Rooibos Ltd, “When we host visitors, we provide them with an opportunity to engage with our brand and obtain first-hand experience of what Rooibos is all about. This is part of the experience economy. Depending on the reason for their visit, we will arrange interviews and information sessions, take them on a tour of a Rooibos farm and our processing facilities, and prepare a Rooibos tasting table for them. We make these visits memorable for our visitors – they can even try their hand at harvesting!”

These visits provide tea purchasers, tea packers, cosmetics houses and food and beverage companies with research-backed industry knowledge on which to base their purchasing decisions. It also provides news agencies with the Rooibos content and footage they need for their media platforms.
